Graten
Today I spent most of my time with Harel and we got really hungry at some point. Luckily, Harel is a chef so we went to the store and got a bunch of some weird seemingly unrelated stuff and then he made me an amazing meal and this was one of the dishes he made. Graten is supposed to be made with butter and cream and stuff, but this is the vegan version of it. Needless to say it was Ah-Mazing.
